ผมได้พบกับพระอาจารย์ที่วัดพระธรรมกายซีแอตเติ้ล ผมได้เรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการนั่งสมาธิและมาปฏิบัติธรรมโครงการ The Middle Way เดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2551 ณ สวนป่าหิมวันต์ จ.เลย ผมประทับใจโครงการเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะการทำสมาธิ ทำให้ผมรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในฟองดวงแก้ว รู้สึกอิ่มบุญมากครับ การปฏิบัติธรรมในครั้งนั้น ผมรู้สึกสงบขึ้นและเป็นคนที่มีคุณค่ามากขึ้น
